Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all apparel tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
